I am looking for a Carpenter / Multi Trade to work within Social Housing properties in the Reading area. This is a temporary to permanent position and you will be carrying out repairs and some planned work in kitchens and bathrooms.In this Carpenter / Multi Trade role you will be responsible for:

• Repairs
• Maintenance

The right Carpenter / Multi Trade will need:

• Social housing experience preferred
• Day to day repairs experience

In return the Carpenter / Multi Trade will receive:

• £22 an hour
• A salary of £36k in a permanent role
• Company van and fuel card
• 8-4:30 work day Mon-Fri
