As part of our 2024 expansion, we're on the lookout for a motivated, results-driven Recruiter to join our Didcot team and help us continue our success story.

The Role

As an Administrator, you'll be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes. You'll handle administrative tasks, including advertising, social media, compliance and generally supporting the recruitment team. If you're proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator, we'd love to have you on board.

Our Swindon branch is now busier than ever, and we need someone to help build on this success by supporting our recruitment efforts and maintaining high standards of administration and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Candidate Data Management: Upload candidate details to our recruitment software and ensure all information is up to date.

* Compliance Checks: Complete right to work checks and obtain work history references to ensure compliance.

* Candidate Liaison: Communicate with candidates to ensure all details are correct and current.

* Job Advertisements: Create and manage job advertisements across various platforms.

* Social Media Management: Manage and update our social media platforms.

* Recruitment Support: Assist the branch with resourcing candidates for open positions, including phone screening and face-to-face interviews.

Qualifications and Experience

* Previous experience in administration.

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high standards.

* Familiarity with recruitment software and job boards is a plus.
