Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start or advance their career in recruitment, with a particular focus on finance and accountancy roles. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants by sourcing high-quality candidates and contributing to successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Use multiple platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases) to identify, screen, and shortlist candidates for finance and accountancy roles.
  • Initial Candidate Engagement: Conduct telephone interviews with candidates, assessing their suitability for roles and gathering key information such as experience, qualifications, and salary expectations.
  • Database Management: Keep the CRM system up to date with accurate candidate records and ensure all candidate information is logged.
  • Building Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and keeping them informed of relevant opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Consultants: Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and ensure candidate suitability.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about trends and developments in the finance and accountancy sectors to better understand the market and candidate landscape.

Skills and Experience:

  • A keen interest in finance and accountancy recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with candidates
  • Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and develop
  • Prior experience in recruitment or resourcing is beneficial but not required
