Forsyth Barnes, a leading recruitment specialist, is excited to be recruiting for a Professional Services Consultant role on behalf of an innovative SaaS company. This dynamic organisation is focused on expanding its presence in the UK and across Europe, and they are seeking a skilled Professional Services Consultant to support their mission of delivering exceptional cloud-based solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support new customer implementations of SaaS solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and client satisfaction.

* Deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders, clearly explaining technical and functional aspects.

* Develop strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for product enhancement requests and post-implementation support.

* Provide expert technical and functional support during the SaaS implementation phase.

* Organise and lead training sessions to equip users with the necessary knowledge for success.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements, while creating detailed documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

* Analyse business processes to map out client supply chain requirements and opportunities.

* Work closely with the Professional Services Manager to integrate solutions into the client's architecture and identify areas for growth.

* Offer feedback internally on how the SaaS company can continuously improve its services and products for better customer outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of management consulting experience with a focus on SaaS or cloud-based solutions.

* Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

* Strong client relationship and presentation skills.

* Commercial acumen with the ability to drive business innovation.

* Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is a plus.

* Willingness to travel as needed for project work.
