Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting and finance team
• Manage the accounts payable function to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Monitor financial transactions and prepare regular financial reports
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
• Work closely with other departments to improve financial efficiency
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Provide leadership, direction and management to the finance team
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the property industry

Profile

A successful Transactions/Accounts Payable Deputy Manager should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• French Speaking
• Experience managing an Accounts Payable or Accounting team
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
