Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Freight Administration Assistant. The company are a major Freight Forwarder based in the Purfleet area.

Job role:-

• Managing fast paced shard mailboxes
• Booking and handling jobs
• Communication with customers, external suppliers and government bodies
• Operationally handle shipments
• Logging Duty / VAT invoicing requests
• Assisting with finance related queries
• Deliver high levels of customer services
• Support commercial awareness
• Ensure customs compliance is maintained

Working hours are Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700
