Position: Head Concierge
Location: Bow Quarter, London, E3 2UB
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 0700 – 1900
Salary: up to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
The Bow Quarter is a vibrant residential development in East London. Many of the 733 apartments are Grade II listed and the development benefits from an onsite Leisure facilities and pool. Bow Quarter is located close to several large parks including Queen Elizabeth Park, Victoria Park and Mile End Park. Bow Quarter is close to Westfield shopping centre in Stratford and located within walking distance of Roman Road shops, DLR and underground stations.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Head Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Leading the onsite team, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed. Providing any additional support with training, development, guidance and reporting any issues to the relevant parties.
- Managing the front desk in a hands-on role, this includes concierge duties such as managing parcels, issuing keys, responding to resident queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Support with the day-to-day operational running of the estate, ensuring high site standards and the deliverance of exceptional customer service and the implementation of SOPs.
- Managing the onsite team to include appraisals, one to ones, performance management, training and development and any other staffing matters as required.
- Carrying out health and safety inspections, daily audits, plant room checks and reporting as required. Also, ensuring any action points are attended to in a timely manner.
- Overseeing contractors and ensuring Permits to Work are correctly completed and accompanied by Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Ensure the estate meets all Health and Safety Standards including cleanliness.
- Liaise with residents and contractors regarding routine repair and maintenance requests. Monitor work to completion.
- Undertake the general duties as required by management and in accordance with industry best practise.
