Our client, an award-winning specialist stone and façade restoration contractor require a Contracts Manager to join their established management team for landmark buildings in London.

Acting as both Principle and Sub Contractor, they specialise in a wide array of structures. From ecclesiastical buildings to ancient monuments, listed buildings and commercial spaces, they focus on ensuring ensure each project is met with the highest standards of workmanship for their clients.

This opportunity will suit you if you have a deep appreciation and passion for restoring heritage buildings. You should also be someone who is able to communicate well at all levels and have an inner drive to achieve excellence.

Ideally, you will have both an academic and trade background in construction but more importantly and love for high quality workmanship

Skills, Attributes and Experience

• Degree in Architecture or Construction Manager , would be an advantage
• SMSTS / Black CSCS Card/ 1st Aid
• A minimum of 3 years as Project Manager or Contracts Manager within this sector
• A sound knowledge and background in Historic Buildings, Heritage Conservation and Restoration
• Collaborative approach with all parties where strong working relationships can be built with the client, design team, and trade subcontractors.
• Ensuring projects were on schedule, to quality and to the client's satisfaction
• Ensuring sites are productive, economic and progressive
• Leading the site management teams
