- Conduct conflict searches and analyse results
- Communicate conflict resolution strategies to legal team
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to maintaining client relationships
- Keep updated with changes in regulations and industry standards
- Prepare reports and presentations on conflict resolution strategies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of conflict resolution processes
Profile
A successful Conflicts Analyst should have:
