Role

We are currently looking for a Bar Manager to join our team in Holborn Dining Room. The Bar Manager is entrusted to run and oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar in Holborn Dining Room including London's largest gin collection, comprising of over 600 different gins.

Key expectations of this role are

• Ensuring that the gin bar is operated in line with maximising beverage profit while delivering on the brand promise
• Managing the team through regular one-to-one meetings, departmental meetings and job chats
• Creating and following up on personal development plans for all associates to ensure retention and high engagement levels
• Ensuring delivery all aspects of the guest experience in the bar according to Rosewood standards through regular departmental trainings and audits

Profile

• Having a thorough knowledge of Mixology and drinks menu engineering as well as London's upscale bar scene
• A good understanding of leading and developing people effectively
• Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Possessing a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience
