We are seeking a dedicated Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join an expanding organisation.

Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker - Children's Service
Location: Maidenhead
Salary: £27,580 - £28,797 plus £3,000 - £6,000 sleep in allowance

Collaborate with the team to foster and advocate for the positive development of the young individuals in your care, cultivating a safe and nurturing environment.
Ensure efficient day-to-day management, supporting the Service Manager in delivering the best quality care.
Lead a team along with other professionals to provide the therapeutic care, addressing the unique needs of each child.
Maintain detailed records, including event logs, progress reports and care plans, to ensure comprehensive documentation.
Serve as a positive role model for colleagues and children alike, addressing their daily needs and fostering trust to facilitate recovery, growth, and lasting positive change.What We're Looking For:

Experience or knowledge of child-centred, therapeutic models.
A minimum of 12 months experience
Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People.
Great communication skills, naturally caring, flexible, and resilient.
Highly energetic, calm under pressure, and able to manage sometimes challenging situations.
