Business Development Manager - Construction - Commercial Fit-Out

My client is a family-run business specializing in small workplace fit-out projects ranging in value from £50k to £800k. Having been in business for over 20 years, this contractor epitomizes quality work and has a network of repeat clients who use them time and time again.

About the Role:
As Business Development Manager, your main aim will be to win new business in the form of projects for the company. You will work closely alongside the Managing Director, Project Director, and wider pre-construction team to put together successful proposals for potential clients. You will be the sole Business Development Manager at the business and will have full autonomy over the company's existing clients. You will also be expected to manage marketing aspects of the business by generating interest through LinkedIn posts, etc.

* 2+ years of experience in the commercial fit-out industry or the wider construction industry

* Proficient in using LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media outlets
