Our client, a prominent name in the Building Control sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Building Control Surveyor to join their team in London. The role will primarily focus on supporting residential sites in the Harrow region.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations
Assessing plans, drawings, and specifications for residential projects
Providing expert advice on building control matters to clients and contractors
Preparing detailed reports on findings and recommendations
Ensuring all work meets the latest industry standards and legislative requirements
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success

Job Requirements:

Experience in building control and familiarity with residential projects
Strong understanding of building regulations and compliance processes
Detailed knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and contractors
Relevant qualification in building control or a related field
