The Role
As the Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager, supporting the day-to-day operations and helping maintain a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager with daily operational tasks
- Verify and manage employee schedules for efficient service
- Foster close communication with customers and staff to drive the business forward
- Maintain daily service reports to track performance and service quality
- Assist with staff issues, ensuring a positive team environment
- Collaborate with the General Manager to uphold and promote the company’s values
- Contribute to staff training and development
- Participate in barista and Food & Hygiene training to maintain service quality
