Finance Manager - Systems & Processes (R2R) - Oracle Fusion
As a Finance Manager for Systems & Processes, you will support the transformation journey for Finance Record-To-Report processes, by defining and delivering transformation and continual improvement changes.
This role forms part of the cross functional Business Operations team which oversees the systems and the core Finance processes.

Job type: Hybrid (3 days work from office)
Contract duration: 6 months
Your role will:
·Work collaboratively with Finance/Accounting, Technology, Project, and Service Delivery teams to design R2R processes with appropriate controls.
·Be responsible for monitoring the R2R processes, ensuring they adequately mitigates risks and maintain the controls and audit requirements.
·Act as SME for the systems supporting the R2R processes, their integration, and be aware of the interdependencies with other core processes including non-Finance processes.
·Along with onshore/offshore technology teams, ensure systems are kept up to date with latest releases, in a timely manner.
·Collaborate with core process stakeholders across the airport to define, prioritise and implement transformation and drive continuous improvement.
·Be the first point of contact for system related challenges and drive towards resolution.
·Support the R2R Process Owner in influencing process improvements & where feasible with system changes.
·Play an active role in the Oracle customer community forums to influence Oracles roadmap for future functionality.
·Proactively seek and make recommendations for improvements and respond to ongoing business demand.
·Ensure adoption of changes in systems and procedures to drive business benefits.
·Support the creation of project plans, communication plans and lead the delivery of transformation, proactively managing risk.
·Create/maintain process maps, standard operating procedures, and control documentation relevant to the R2R processes.
Desired skills and experience:
·Demonstrable system and programme transformation delivery experience.
·Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and EPBCS.
·Qualified finance professional, with knowledge of core finance processes, controls, and best practices.
·Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders.
·Comfortable working under pressure in an environment of competing priorities
·Experience as an agent for change in successfully helping people through change and successfully leading subject matter experts.
