What You’ll Be Doing:

• Showcase your skills in Revit or AutoCAD, working both collaboratively and independently

• Engage with clients and project teams, offering a first-class client experience

• Interpret briefs, manage deadlines, and ensure projects stay within budget

• Lead projects from inception to completion, guiding small teams and mentoring junior staff

• Work across various sectors, including residential and education, bringing your expertise to each project

What We’re Looking For:

• ARB Registered Architect

• Strong technical ability across all RIBA stages, especially construction stages 4+

• Strong knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD

• Proven project management skills

• Experience across multiple sectors

• Ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively

• Ideally based in Kent, with a willingness to engage in a client-facing role
