We are actively seeking an Associate Director of Estates to work for an organisation based in the South West of England. The contract will originally go for 3 months, but with a likely extension or opportunity for permanent employment

Position: Associate Director of Estates
Location: South West of England
Pay: £375 to £425 day rate on an Umbrella/CIS basis

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead estates services on multiple hospitals

* Ensure compliance, governance and risk management in healthcare setting

* Strategic management and service improvement

* Report to Operations Director and Managing Director

* Collaborate with workforce and stakeholders

* Manage outsourced contracts for estates services

* Oversee financial performance, budgets and resource allocation
