We are representing a prominent organisation seeking a Operations Manager for the South East to act as the interface between the board, contract management teams, and clients. This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 to £80,000, providing you the opportunity to ensure contracts are delivered to a high standard while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), SHEQ, financial targets, and strategic objectives.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold a Level 4 qualification in Business/Leadership or an equivalent industry-relevant course.
Possess an SMSTS** certification and a **CSCS card (preferably black card).
Bring at least 5 years of industry experience in a relevant role.
Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to report on performance to senior leadership teams.
