Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with one of our clients to identify an Interim HR Manager / HR Consultant to support a short term restructure project.  The role will be c3 days per week for c8 weeks in the first instance.  The role will be onsite as will involve face to face meetings and consultations supporting senior stakeholders and managers with a redundancy process. The role requires someone with strong HR restructuring experience gained within unionised manufacturing environments.  You should be able to operate autonomously whilst being sympathetic to the wider HR team manging the day to day.  The role will also involve some generalist HR activity to support on operational HR as required, for example updating policies and procedures and supporting line managers with wider communications, ensuring the engagement of employees to manage company morale.

The role will require 3 days on site, based SE Sheffield area, across the week starting from 8th July, the project is likely to end early September. Please ensure this works in terms of location and availability before considering submitting an application.

The role will be on a temporary timesheet basis through Elevation, ideally PAYE.
