Job Type: Temporary, Full Time

Salary: £12/hour

Administrator required for a Client on a temp to perm basis.

The hours are 11am- 7pm- Monday- Friday.

Responsibilities will include-

* Provide general clerical support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents

* Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory

* Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy

* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

Skills

* Strong administrative and organisational skills

* Able to work with systems and confidential information

* Proficiency in using computerised systems for data entry and record keeping

* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

* Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers

* Ability to type accurately and efficiently

* Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks

If you a candidate with administration experience and are looking for a new opportunity, please get in touch.

You will need experience in Microsoft Packages including Excel.

You must also have experience in speaking with customers over the phone and on emails.

If you have logistics/ distribution experience this will be a huge advantage but it isn't essential
