Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Tractor Operator with a background in lime mixing to join our team in Chichester. The successful candidate will hold a valid Blue CPCS ticket and demonstrate a strong understanding of agricultural machinery and lime mixing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tractors safely and efficiently for various tasks, including soil preparation and lime mixing.
• Mix and apply lime as per project specifications, ensuring accurate measurements and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with site managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Blue CPCS ticket.
• Proven experience operating tractors, particularly in lime mixing.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and machinery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
