My client, a leading planning consultancy, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Town Planner to join their team in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will have experience in urban planning, development control, and a passion for shaping sustainable communities. You will be responsible for preparing planning applications, providing technical advice, and liaising with clients and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of planning applications and supporting documents.
• Advising clients on planning regulations and policies.
• Liaising with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Town Planning or related field.
• Membership with RTPI (or working towards).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Previous experience in planning.
