Breakfast chef required for a 5 star Hotel in London. This Hotel has a range of Breakfast rooms and you will be one of the breakfast chefs working under the Head Breakfast chef. The Breakfast operation is fantastic with dishes cooked to order for customers and a amazing range of cold items as well. They have a range of Breakfast items including English and British Breakfast items, French breakfast items and Breakfast for Middle Eastern, Chinese & Japanese customers. Salary around £38.5k and 2-3k service. Please note that Breakfast shifts start at 5am.
The role
We are looking for a Breakfast chef from a 5 star Hotel background, able to cook breakfast to order and cook a range of breakfast items. You will be organised, be able to work as a team of breakfast chefs for the breakfast operation. This role will include all the normal breakfast chef duties.
Experience
we are looking for a candidate from a 5 star hotel breakfast operation or a chef de parties looking for daytime hours. You must be reliable as its essential to start at 5am and be organised. The guests require breakfast on time and to a high standard, so being organised and great time keeping is essential.
