As a Drylining Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in delivering accurate and competitive cost estimates for their drylining projects.

What you'll be doing:

Estimating Expertise: Analyzing project specifications, drawings, and ensuring our bids are both competitive and profitable.
Client Relationships: Liaising with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and opportunities within projects.
Supplier Partnerships: Developing strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Tender Process: Managing the tender process from start to finish, including preparing tender submissions and presenting proposals to clients.What you'll need:

Drylining Know-How: Proven experience as a Drylining Estimator within the construction industry.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of drylining systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Software Savvy: Excellent knowledge of estimating software and processes.
Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
