Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Business department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
Inspire and support students in achieving excellent results.
Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching strategies.
Work collaboratively with staff and senior leadership to enhance student outcomes.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong track record in teaching Business.
Leadership experience or the ambition to take on a leadership role.
Passion for Business education and the ability to engage and motivate students.
