Role: Sales Manager

Location: Kettering

Salary: Up to £50,000.

Our client who has built a reputation manufacturing and testing market leading products is seeking a Sales Manager to join their commercial sales department.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading and inspiring the sales team.
Delivering of targets (Annual sales, members including new members).
Increasing the sales of the company's products, training and other services.
Working closely with key customers to develop contact plans.
Organising events targeted at existing and potential customers.
Planning and organisation of exhibits.

It is essential that you have:

Experience of leading and inspiring a sales team.
Strong interpersonal skills
A strong result driven background.
Ability to support the Sales and Marketing team.
Comfortable with international and domestic travel.
Hold a full UK Driving licence
