We are looking for an energetic and organised individual with a passion for service excellence to join our team as a Head Chef.
As a Head Chef you will:
- Be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring the highest possible quality of produce and service
- Provide advice, direction and leadership to all chefs so they understand the Company''s ethos, objectives and practice good stewardship
- Assist the Executive Chef on creating new recipes and writing menus
- Manage stock take, food waste, payroll, training
- Assist the Executive Chef in the promotion and management of the criteria for the AA Rosette Standards throughout all required areas
Successful Head Chef have:
- Excellent organisation skills
- Previous experience as a Head Chef within a 4* or 5* hotel
- An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
- The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
- A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
