Location: North London
Our client are a leading supplier of architectural metalwork across the UK, specialising in high-rise residential balcony packages. The majority of our projects are within the M25 area, with contract values ranging from £50K to over £8M. Our work includes a variety of materials such as glass, timber, and steel.
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in architectural metalwork and secondary steelwork within the construction industry (minimum of 5 years' experience). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively manage all aspects of multiple contracts from initiation to completion while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:- CSCS and SMSTS certification.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage projects nationwide while being based out of the Sheffield office.
