Administrator required in Garretts Green B33Temporary - Permanent. Working Hours:8am – 5pm Monday to Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch) Our client is a market leader in providing property and people protection in a range of sectors with a diversified client base.As an Administrator, you will be providing day to day administration and customer service to the branch to ensure that all business activities are completed.
Duties:
- Assisting with the compilation of customer and branch statistics
- Answering telephone calls and creating job instructions on the order system
- Processing completed work orders
- Updating customer portals
- Checking that all written orders received have been created on the order system
- Identifying chargeable items from work carried out
- Ensuring customer price brands are maintained
- Reporting all problems, complaints and faults to the Operations Manager
- Providing administration support to the Operations Manager, typing up reports and taking minuets
- Filing and achieving documents and ensuring the filing system is up to date
- Assisting with the input of secondary jobs passed from the control desk
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties to meet the needs of the branch
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proficient using all MS applications including Excel.
- Good telephone manner
- Administration experience
- Ideally live local to the B33 area
