We are seeking a CNC programmer, setter, operator to join a small but very busy subcontract manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:
• Programming, setting, and operation of CNC Lathes Daewoo Puma / Lynx with Fanuc controllers and live tooling (Lynx)
• Programming, setting, and operation of Haas CNC Machining Centres
• Programming, setting, and operation of Studer S31 CNC Grinder using Studer WIN
• Produce CNC Programs with used of Solid Works and Solid Cam from customer supplied drawings / 3D models.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure adherence to specifications
• Produce prototypes / small production runs.
• Self inspection of all machined components to establish conformity
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality & efficiency
• Work efficiently to meet customer deadlines
• Ensure customer focus and maintain QMS integrity
• Comply with AS9100D:2016 QMS requirements

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator in a precision manufacturing environment Turning, Milling and Grinding
• Use of CAD/CAM software
• Proficiency in small batch work and handling complex parts
• Good problem-solving skills
