• Drive adoption of industry best practice agile delivery, designing and implementing the programme agile delivery structure.
• Facilitate coordination across all programme Agile teams, ensuring dependencies are identified and managed.
• Take responsibility of the Programme Backlog, leading it through the Business Design Authority prioritisation.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, Programme Leadership, and Agile teams.
• Monitor programme progress, resolving challenges, and escalating risks as needed.
• Ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables align with organisational priorities.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and value-driven outcomes

Qualifications:

• Ideally SAFe / Agile PM certified
• Experience of The Government Functional Project Delivery Standard an advantage
• Management and delivery of transformation and data integration
