Description

  • Plan, manage and deliver construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Conduct surveys and prepare detailed reports.
  • Liaise with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a robust system of quality control and compliance.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure all works are compliant with health and safety regulations.

Profile

A successful 'Planned Delivery Surveyor' should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as construction, surveying or civil engineering.
  • Proficiency in project management and delivery.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
  • Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
