Description
- Plan, manage and deliver construction projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct surveys and prepare detailed reports.
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards.
- Maintain a robust system of quality control and compliance.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure all works are compliant with health and safety regulations.

Profile
A successful 'Planned Delivery Surveyor' should have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as construction, surveying or civil engineering.
- Proficiency in project management and delivery.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
- Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills.
- Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
