Application Requirements:

• Experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or similar role.

• A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons in the absence of the teacher, following provided lesson plans.
• Work 1:1 and with small groups, supporting students with a variety of learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to design and implement engaging learning activities.
• Provide targeted intervention support to help children achieve their academic goals.
• Act as a role model, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
