Payroll AdministratorAnnual Salary: £28,000 Location: NG6,  Full-time PERM  28 days holiday including Bank Holidays, plus an additional day for each full year of service. Free Parking.

This role requires someone who is experienced in handling multiple payrolls and is proficient with Sage Payroll software.

Day-to-day of the role:Collate and analyse weekly timesheets, allocating them to the correct payroll.Process payrolls, pensions, and statutory returns accurately using Sage Payroll.Analyse payroll reports to identify discrepancies and rectify errors promptly.Post payroll journals and costings to Sage Accounts.Administer holiday and absence records, ensuring all employee information is up to date.Update training records and monitor certification expiry dates.Process expense payments and communicate effectively with employees.Support the accounts team with ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:2 years of proven experience in processing multiple payrolls.Familiarity with Sage software and the ability to navigate various systems effectively.Strong analytical skills with the ability to multitask.Knowledge of human resources practices related to payroll processing.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
