Customer Sales Advisor - Outbound

Salary: £23,000 per year plus OTE £7,000 per annum in commission

Remote Position - All equipment provided!

The Role:

You'll be an ambassador for the market-leading brand

Making warm outbound sales calls to customers to sell our protection plans
Using your communication skills and knowledge to share the product benefits
Building rapport with our customers and getting to know their needs
Helping each customer find the right solution for them What we need from you?

A solid background in targeted sales.
Excellent attention to detail. Our customers mean a great deal to us, so want to get things right first time.
Great communication skills to build relationships and listen to our customers.
You'll be calm, cool, and relaxed; able to juggle tasks while working quickly.

Hours and work schedule.

You'll work a flexible 37.5-hour shift between these opening hours:
Two weeks of Monday: 10:00 - 18:30, Tuesday to Thursday: 09:30 - 18:30. Friday it's an early finish: 09:30 - 16:00
