What You'll Be Doing:

- Customer Relationship Management - Act as the key point of contact for retail partners, ensuring excellent service and seamless communication.
- Order & Inventory Coordination - Process orders, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Order to Invoice Management - Use SAP or similar ERP systems to track orders, shipments, and invoicing with accuracy.
- Customer Support - Handle queries, resolve issues, and proactively address any potential service disruptions.
- Logistics & Supply Chain Support - Work closely with production and planning teams to ensure stock availability, accurate forecasts, and smooth deliveries.
- Team Collaboration - Support commercial meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

✔ Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain coordination, preferably within FMCG, food, or retail.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP system.
