CMA are partnering with a well respected local secondary school to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis. The role will report into the Finance Manager and be responsible for all transactional processing and assisting with month end. 

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

• Purchase ledger processing including allocating PO's, reconciling supplier statements and resolve queries;
• Billing including annual tuition, school trips, and managing direct debits;
• Credit control including allocating payments and chasing outstanding fees;
• Petty cash;
• Banking including bank reconciliations. 

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

• Previous experience in a similar role, comfortable with a varied and diverse role;
• Immediately available to start;
• Sage experience would be beneficial but not essential;
• Happy to have an Enhanced DBS check upon successful completion.
