Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:

Quick procurement across all sub-contracting accounts.
Pricing and managing change/variations.
Site Meetings.
Working through from first stage tender process, all the way through to completion and final accounts (8-month construction phase).Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

5 years' experience within a construction quantity surveying position with a developer, main or fit out contractor.
Experience as a site No.1 on a fit-out project.
Quantity surveying degree or a similar construction-based qualification.
Good communication and inter-personal skills.
