FRONT OF HOUSE COORDINATORA global technology company based in Southampton is looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to join a groundbreaking technology company and further develop your front of house experience.  Please note, this job is to start on the 8th of July and we are therefore unable to consider applicants who are not immediately available.  FRONT OF HOUSE COORDINATOR ROLE:
  • Greeting and welcoming all clients and guests
  • Issuing all visitors to the premises and third-party contractors working at the premises with security passes upon arrival and collecting these upon departure
  • Ensuring all are signed in and out (Visitor Management System, where applicable)
  • Inducting all clients and guests on the site's Health & Safety procedures and informing the host of their arrival
  • Managing all incoming calls
  • Organising travel and accommodation when requested
  • Organising and assisting with meeting room requests and availability
  • Organising client lunches as and when requested
  • Managing employee accommodation, from bookings to ensuring service availability like clean towels and bedding
  • Dealing with general visitors and front-of-house enquiries
  • Managing the provision in the kitchen/pantry – ensuring it is fully stocked and readily available
  • Monitoring and ordering of stationery
  • Opening and distributing post
  • Overseeing the front-of-house area to maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and a presentable appearance
  • Coordinating and supporting the helpdesk team to log, diagnose and resolve all facilities and operational issues
  • Ensuring compliance (regulatory and non-regulatory) with health and safety legislation
FRONT OF HOUSE COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum of 6-12 months experience working in a front of house position in either a corporate or hospitality environment
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanour
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to manage and coordinate appointments and schedules#
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
