Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for high-end residential architecture? Our client, a renowned London-based practice, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of luxury residential projects.

The Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of high-value refurbishment and construction projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. Key responsibilities include:

* Leading project teams and coordinating workflows.

* Overseeing FF&E procurement and installation.

* Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants.

* Managing budgets and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years' experience delivering high-end residential projects.

* Proven track record managing construction projects valued between £500k - £10 million.

* Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

* Ideally, a RICS-accredited degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
