As an Early Years Educator, you will:

Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children aged 0-5 years.
Plan and deliver activities that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere.
Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, sharing insights with parents and guardians as needed.
Collaborate with your team to enhance the quality of our early years provision.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; additional certifications are highly desirable.
Proven experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
Strong understanding of child development and best practices in early years education.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues.
Team-oriented mindset, with flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
