As our Laundry Team Leader, you are at the heart of our back-of-house operation, assisting in the supervision of handling the daily laundry operation with departmental standards to minimise laundry costs while maintaining hotel and company standards.

We are looking for our Laundry Team Leader, who:

• Assists and supervises the daily laundry operation
• Trains and develops team members to ensure a consistent service is given
• Is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the job they do. Builds excellent relationships with the back-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly
• Knows laundry equipment and best practices
• Is flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends
• Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care
• Has previous experience in a Laundry operation, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
