HR Administrator
Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk
Hours: 30 - 40 hours a week (office days would need to be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (this salary is based on a 40-hour week)
Benefits: 26 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, health cash plan, death in service cover and hybrid working options, with the need to be onsite three days a week.

Job Duties:
* Providing comprehensive HR administrative support to the HR Manager and team
* Maintaining and updating personnel records and systems
* Responding promptly to queries with guidance from the HR Manager
* Assist with the recruitment process and liaise with recruitment agencies
* Prepare for processing and assist with payroll-related queries
* Update internal HR policies
* Help organise staff events
* Maintain compliance with health and safety practices
* Participate in related training sessions
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in HR and similar type of role
* CIPD qualified or working towards qualifying - would be an advantage
* Manufacturing industry knowledge - would be an advantage
* A proactive mindset
