iMultiply are working with a prominent global firm to find a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Administrator to join its Billing Team. In this role, you'll support partners and liaise with finance teams to ensure precise and timely billing. The position involves handling pre- and post-billing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth billing processes for partners and clients.

Role Overview:
The Billing Administrator will monitor partner and client billing portfolios to ensure bills align with firm policies. Responsibilities include:
- Requesting and amending proformas as needed
- Reviewing and adjusting billing narratives for accuracy
- Coordinating with Working Capital Support to resolve queries
- Preparing fee breakdowns and dispatching bills
- Collaborating with the eBilling team for billing guidelines
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong communication skills, fostering mutual understanding with clients
- An eye for detail, consistently delivering accurate work
- The ability to work within deadlines and manage their workload
- Team spirit and adaptability
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Experience in finance within a professional services environment
