This role bridges the gap between internal teams and retail partners to drive sales, profit, and market share for both branded and own-label products. Using financial data, category insights, and consumer trends, you'll implement strategic initiatives that strengthen relationships with retail customers and deliver business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop tailored strategies and insights for retail partners
Manage and innovate own-label ranges

Requirements:

Degree in business or marketing
Experience in category management, data analysis, and implementing retail strategies
Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Safety and food compliance training provided
Emphasis on adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards
