In support of ongoing growth objectives, our client, a multi-franchise approved car dealer group established across the Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire region is currently recruiting for an additional Used Car Buyer.
Reporting to the General Manager and working alongside two other Used Car Buyers from one of our client's dealerships in Oxford, the successful Car Buyer will be responsible for purchasing attractive used retail stock jointly for our client's dealerships in Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. This is primarily a locally based role with the majority of vehicles carefully selected and individually purchased from private sellers, our client's customers, and from within the motor trade.
Previous experience either in a similar Used Car Buyer position for a franchise-approved car dealership or via a successful career in retail automotive sales is a requirement for this role alongside a UK driving license with minimal points. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be highly commercial, have a great eye for detail, with integrity at the core of their make-up.
