Lutine Bell are supporting a large Retail General Insurance firm, with locations across the UK to appoint a Non-Financial Risk professional to join the team.

Reporting into the Head of Risk & Compliance & Chief Risk Officer, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative & collegiate function to support across a broad range of Risk areas, including operational, strategic, emerging, reputational & technology. This role sits in the 2LoD, providing oversight to the 1st line.

This role can be based in London, Home Counties, Midlands or North England and will be a 2 day per week in the office arrangement.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience of Risk Management within a retail Financial Services environment, ideally Insurance but this is not essential. What is essential is somebody who is enthusiastic & keen to learn, not afraid of challenging & asking questions and can work with stakeholders at all levels.
