The specialist Practice Team at AJ Chambers is currently working in partnership with a reputable Accountancy Practice who are looking to strengthen their Corporate Finance Team with a high calibre and self-motivated Corporate Finance Executive / Assistant Manager!

• 1 to 5 years Experience

Working as part of a growing Corporate Finance Team your responsibilities will include -

• FDD Reporting
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Working closely with Partners / Directors on complex transactions

Focusing on the lower to mid market you will work with clients across a number of industries including - Healthcare / Logistics / Mining / Utilities / Energy & Capital Markets.

To secure this exciting career opportunity you will need to have -

• At least 6 months Experience in CF ideally in Financial Due Diligence
• Strong Reporting skills
• A desire to broaden your Corporate Finance experience working in a close knit team

In additional you will be a detail orientated as well as being a confident communicator who thrives in working in a fast past and dynamic environment.
