Senior BREEAM Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading sustainability consultancy who provide their multidisciplined expertise across the UK. They are looking for a Senior BREEAM Consultant to join their growing BREEAM team and provide BREEAM and LCA services and help develop the team.

A Senior BREEAM Consultant will be responsible for:

Carry out BREEAM Assessments from project inception to completion
Take the lead on client projects and coordinate their services, as well as identifying and bringing in new projects in relation to BREEAM and WLC
Complete BREEAM Life Cycle Assessments so that BRREEAM Mat01 is achieved
Carry out Whole Lie Cycle Carbon Assessments in accordance with London planning requirementsThe ideal Senior BREEAM Consultant will have:

A relevant degree within a sustainability or environmental science related discipline
A minimum of 5 years' experience within a relevant role in the construction industry
Has had previous experience leading and delivering on large and numerous projects
Have a BREEAM accreditation such as New Construction or BREEAM AP
Excellent communication and presentation skillsBenefits of the role include:
