Working for one of the fastest growing private pharmacies in the UK based within the Basildon area, you'll have the opportunity to join this medical cannabis business within their dispensary as the Pharmacy Dispensary Manager.

You'll require the following essentials to be considered for this position:

MPharm Degree & GPhC Registration
Current or recent experience of working as a Pharmacist or Dispensary Manager
Confident with supervising a team and managing induction processes and staff development
Meticulous and thorough approach to working
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
You will have a positive “can do” attitude, willing to promote and deliver services within the team and provide a great customer experience within the pharmacy. This role is within a non-patient facing pharmacy and will have a focus on providing outstanding customer care.

Within this position, you'll also be carrying out the following duties:

Running the dispensary
Clinically screening prescriptions
Receiving controlled drugs stock into the electronic CD register
Checking Prescriptions and baskets
Entering out prescriptions from the electronic CD register
Leading the team in delivering all daily tasks including aiding the dispensary staff with dispensing
Helping dispensary staff with calls
Working hours and Salary

Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm 4 days a week and 1 day a week 8am-2pm
